This year's delinquent tax sale date has been set for August 27, 2026 at 9:00 am (CT). The last day to register and submit lists and fees with the Henderson County Clerk is August 17, 2026. The lists must be submitted to sfloyd@hendersoncountyky.gov on an Excel spreadsheet in .xls format. The list must be in the order of preference in which the bills are to be purchased. It is preferable that you use our registration form as it has more information pertinent to our specific tax sale. The spreadsheet must be in order and provide:
a. County Map or Parcel number
b. Tax bill number
c. Tax Year
d. Taxpayer name
