Our main office on the second floor of the Henderson County Courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for child support, delinquent tax collection and prosecution. Our Bad Check Office on the first floor of the Henderson County Courthouse is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., but closed for lunch from Noon until 1 p.m.

The Bad Check Program is located at the Henderson County Courthouse, bottom floor, at:

All other offices are located on the second floor in the same building. Please be advised that this is called the “old” courthouse by some people and not the newer Henderson County Judicial Center, which is across Main Street.

There are Emergency Protective Orders and Domestic Violence Orders, which are filed at the office of the Henderson Circuit Clerk. If after hours or in case of emergency, call 911. Criminal violations of an Emergency Protective Order or Domestic Violence Order that was issued in Henderson County are prosecuted by this office. To report a violation, call 911.
